General Contractor: GIDCH is a full service, licensed, and insured General Contractor. The team working on your job are either employees of GIDCH Construction, Inc. or direct subcontractors (ie electrician, plumber, etc.) and have been handpicked for their skills, attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Repair and Maintenance: GIDCH has established relationships with property owners, property management firms, retailers, and commercial tenants to handle repair and maintenance needs on an as needed basis.
Design Development, Architectural Drawings, Permits: GIDCH has the client in mind when offering these services. When requested we're able to provide our clients with a one stop shop from design to construction completion. There are significant benefits to those who chose to incorporate the design, architectural, and permit services into our project contracts. When GIDCH is involved in a project from the start of design we intimately know the details of your project so we can hit the ground running by the time the permits are issued.
